My name is Megan Martin. I want to use urban and suburban spaces efficiently and beautifully – and grow a whole lot of good food and happiness along the way.
I live in Awakairangi Lower Hutt, Aotearoa New Zealand with my husband, kids, dogs, chooks and fish. We live in an old state house on about 740 square metres of land we’re trying to make useful.
With many years’ experience designing, building and growing gardens, I work to organic principles and try to repurpose materials wherever I can.
I work part time as an editor and have been learning about permaculture since 2013. In 2017, I completed a permaculture design certificate with world renowned permaculture consultant, designer and teacher, Geoff Lawton.
